Lunch Time: Terrific Lunch Products
by Bernadette Lee

Great products to make packing lunch for kids (and adults) that much better.

Nalgene Lunch Box Buddy
$25
My kids love this spacious lunch box made of a rigid BPA/BPS free plastic case that keeps sandwiches from getting squished. It's easy to open and the flip-and-serve top becomes a clean plate to eat your lunch on. The adjustable ice pack slides into three different sections and makes it a snap to keep lunch items separated and chilled. They are also dishwasher safe and machine washable for those times you just can't deal.

Nalgene OTF Kids
$10

This smaller version of Nalgene's popular On The Fly bottle comes in lots of colors, with or without cute graphics including a newly-licensed Marvel Avengers line. The top can be a little tricky to manage for kids depending on their age, but with a little practice reclosing, the simple lock mechanism really keeps it tightly sealed and utterly leakproof. A nice companion to the Nalgene lunch box buddy, it's durable and made of BPA-, BPS- & phthalate free plastic. Fasten a carabiner to the top and you are all set.

Inklings Scratch-off Lunchbox Notes
$16

These are a fun way to slip in a special note for that special kid or adult because who doesn’t like scratch offs? Jot down your note, cover it with the sticker and pop it in a lunch bag or box. It'll definitely put a smile on their faces.

Aladdin Active Vacuum Hydration Bottle
$20

To our surprise this simple attractive water bottle kept ice solid for more than 12 hours and quickly became a go-to for hot summer days. With an easy one-hand push button, the leakproof lid has tight seals that hold up to repeated washings. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean with a bottle brush; it also has a low profile fold down lanyard that doesn't get in the way.

Kilner Food on to Go
$13

From overnight oats to salads to pastas, this jar is the perfect way to tranport them. The stainless steel dipping cup keeps your dressing, dip or any other toppings separate. And it can all go into the dishwasher for easy clean-up when you get home. There's also a smaller snack on the go size.
