You could always go with beer and wine for your holiday get-together, but why not jazz things up with some of these delicious drinks?
Spiked Coconut Hot Chocolate from Coco Joy
1¼ cup Coco Joy Coconut Milk; Divided
¼ cup Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder
¾ cup Coco Joy Coconut Water
½ cup Coconut rum
3 tbsp Sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Cinnamon
In a small saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon and half of the coconut milk until well blended.
Whisk in the remaining coconut milk until smooth, then whisk in coconut water until blended
Bring mixture to a simmer over medium low heat, whisking occasionally.
Whisk in vanilla and coconut rum.
Divide between two mugs or cups and serve immediately.
Ruffino Winter Rose
6 oz Ruffino Prosecco
.25 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Monin Rose Water Syrup
2 drops Rose Water
Combine lemon juice, rose water syrup and rose water in the glass.
Top with Ruffino Prosecco and garnish with a rose petal.
Spiked Cranberry Brew from DeLeon
1 ½ oz. DeLeón® Platinum Tequila
6 oz. hot cranberry batch
(1 part fresh unsweetened cranberry juice, ¾ part fresh lemon juice, ¾ part simple syrup, cinnamon clove and nutmeg to taste)
Simmer together ingredients for hot cranberry batch.
Combine hot cranberry batch with DeLeón® Platinum Tequila in glass mug.
Garnish with a thin pear slice dusted with cinnamon.
Cranberry Punch from Chandon
12-oz packages fresh cranberries
6 oz Lime Simple Syrup (1 cup water; 1 cup granulated sugar; zest and juice of 2 limes) 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
1/2 teaspoon Orange Blossom Water 750ml (1 bottle) Chandon Rosé
Freeze the cranberries.
Make the simple syrup: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit 30 minutes. Strain the syrup into a clean container and refrigerate. Discard the lime zest.
Combine the simple syrup, cranberry juice and Orange Blossom Water in a pitcher, dispenser or punch bowl.
Add the Chandon Rosé and the frozen cranberries. Serve.
